Crazy Delicious Breakfast!


  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 6 oz spinach
  • 3 strips of bacon
  • salt
  • pepper
  • seasoning salt
  • 4 eggs
  • Step 1 Chop bacon into bite-size pieces.
  • Step 2 Peel sweet potato and dice into bite-size pieces.
  • Step 3 Dice onions and garlic clove.
  • Step 4 Sauté all the above over medium heat until bacon begins to fry.
  • Step 5 Add salt and pepper.
  • Step 6 Add washed and clean spinach. Give is a stir!
  • Step 7 Crack 3 eggs over the spinach. Cover with a lid.
  • Step 8 Cook eggs until desired consistency.
  • Step 9 Serve immediately.
