Alopecia is an autoimmune disease that visibly shows and can be emotionally and physically stressful. Before being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s, I thought I was a candidate for Alopecia. I was losing hair by the minute. Yes, me! I was fortunate to have found a Functional Doctor in Germany that helped me change my diet.
