I’ve been referring to it for the past ten years. The recipes are super, and the introduction is not just an introduction. It is an education about food and your thyroid based on research.
This portion of their book is so interesting. It helps you understand why you should soak or not soak your nuts and seeds—the difference between seeds and nuts and their value. This handy graph can be printed, shared, or posted on your pantry door. In addition, some super recipes at the end are worth making.
