Ingredients
  • 1whole chicken carcassorganic please
  • 3litters filtered water
  • 4Tbsp organic collagen
  • 4tsp fresh ground turmericor grated
  • 2diced carrots
  • 2stalks celery
  • 2cloves garlicdiced
  • 1onion red or white
  • himalayan salt & fresh pepper
  • seasoningsoregano, parsley, Italian herbs etc.
Instructions
  1. Place the bones (beef or chicken) in your crockpot. Add salt, pepper, and choice of herbs.
  2. Roughly chop the garlic.
  3. Add the Turmeric.
  4. Sprinkle the collagen.
  5. Cook on low for 8 hours or more! When done, pour through a colander and store the broth in individual containers. I use glass when I keep them in the fridge. Throw away the remains in the colander.
