There are so many new eating protocols out there and it can get really confusing: Keto, Vegan, Vegetarian, Paleo, and more. I think the best place to start is with your doctor and hopefully, they embrace a functional doctor approach.
I am a firm believer that if you’re basically healthy you can stick to one protocol and lose weight and gain health, however…not all protocols work well for all people. So with the advice of your doctor and using your own skills to research the net, you’ll find a path for you.
Exercise, drinking plenty of water, and changing your nutrition is the first step to success in EVERY nutrition protocol. So at least start there. I read a lot of articles and am posting this one about Paelo. When I find a good one regarding the other protocols listed I’ll surely post them and let you know. So let’s take a look and see if this one fits your health and lifestyle!
