Sometimes you get lucky! I’m constantly looking for gluten-free recipes, especially those that help me create the ultimate pizza crust. Then when you find it, sometimes you have to share!

I posted a few months ago a fabulous pizza cookbook that has it all, from grain-free to cauliflower pizza crust. No Gluten No Problem is a keeper, and yet there are days when I get the urge to have pizza NOW!

I was eating pizza by supper. While exploring the internet, I found a post from a fan of gluten-free pizza, and they mentioned this dry mix, Caputo gluten-free flour mix. I immediately searched and found it online and a video on YouTube. I was so surprised that you didn’t have to mess around and let it sit for days to rise. The only downfall is that it has rice flour, which I try to avoid, but I pig out and dive in with this delicious packaged dough mix once a month.

 

Check this out! The crust is so chewy, and it gets crunchy on the bottom. Plus, it browns, which most of your gluten-free flours don’t.
