This site brings me pure joy. Dr. Michael Greger is bright, intelligent and presents his finding in a hilarious manner which keeps me entrenched in his short audio discussions. Seriously if you have 2-3 minutes a day to listen to his amazing research findings that blow the top off some of the most cutting edge medical research in our news today, do it…listen and be amazed! His website is filled with short articles and videos for your reading pleasure.

Presently I am doing something for my cholesterol that he researched. I’m taking a teaspoon of dried organic blueberries in the morning and at night. The research said it would help! I’ll keep you posted but in the meantime, take a few minutes out of your day to listen, learn and laugh!
